NAMI Utah County FREE Programs
Connections Support Group – Twice monthly for individuals living with a mental health condition
Family Support Group – Twice monthly for families of individuals living with mental health conditions. This support group is also offered in Spanish.
Progression – Six-week class for teenagers 13 to 18 who are experiencing mental health challenges
Basics – Six-week class for parents of children up to 18 who have a mental or behavioral health condition
Peer-to-Peer – Eight-week class for adults living with a mental health condition Family-to-Family – Eleven-week class for families with an adult loved one living with a mental health condition
Ending the Silence – A 50-minute presentation about mental health conditions for students, school staff and families
